We are both lifetime residents of Southern California, originally from the South Bay/Torrance area. Chad graduated from USC in 1995 and decided to enter the real estate market shortly thereafter; Chad  has been a loan officer with ACC for almost 15 years!

In July of 2007, Cyndi joined forces with Chad and in 2008 we relocated to Temecula to raise our family. Together we have helped establish the ACC Temecula Home Loans Branch to help Inland Valley residents reach their goals of achieving home ownership!

Chad is an active Rotarian in the Temecula Noon Rotary Club and Cyndi continues to be involved in school and community events.
